Kerala B2B Meet 2015 to kick-start from February 26

Kerala B2B Meet 2015 (Kerala Business to Business Meet 2015) scheduled to be held in Kochi on February 26 to 28. More than 200 buyers from outside Kerala, including foreign buyers, had registered for the meet.
In this Meet the state will showcase its eight sectors — food processing (food & spices), handlooms, textiles & garments, rubber, wood-based industries, ayurveda & herbal, electrical & electronics and traditional sectors like handicrafts and bamboo, etc.The Kerala Business to Business Meet 2015 aims to showcase the strong SME manufacturing base of Kerala State. The selected SMEs of the above mentioned sectors will display their products during the Meet, whereby the Buyers will get an opportunity for direct interaction and one to one discussion with the manufacturer.

Kerala B2B Meet 2015 Details
The Meet, spread over three days, would focus on promoting the products of some of the key sectors of the State namely Food Processing (Food & Spices), Handlooms, Textiles & Garments, Rubber, Wood based Industries, Ayurveda & Herbal, Electrical & Electronics and Traditional Sector like Handicrafts, Bamboo etc.
Note:- Your accomodation and hospitality expenses will be completely borne by the State Govt. of Kerala during the entire duration of the event.

MALABAR FURNITURE CONSORTIUM, TALIPARAMBA
IN ASSOCIATED BY MSME, NID AHMADABAD, DISTRICT INDUSTRIES CENTER, KANNUR
December 24-29, 2011

OBJECTIVE

The Design Workshop at Malabar Furniture Consortium was conducted from 24 December 2011 to
29 December 2011 at Western India Plywoods LTD, Valapattanam. The main objective of this
workshop was to train the consortium members to create original designs for manufacture. The
results of the need assessment survey was used to choose relevant topics to work on, and during the
5-day workshop, the participants learnt the design process and created some designs. Since there
was an overwhelming participation from students and general public, the workshop was tailored for
creating awareness in participants about the design process and its importance.
